Our Slopeside Retreat is a 4 bedroom house that will sleep up to 12 and features a spacious kitchen, two comfortable living rooms, fireplace and laundry facilities.  This unit has a wrap around deck to take in the spectacular mountain views. Summer: $225      Winter: $275        Holiday: $345

• We offer discounts up to 15% during the off-season
• We participate in ski free/stay free during the winter, or a 4th night free

• Christmas and other peak times may require a 3 to 5 night minimum
• Prices are based on stated occupancy; $10 is charged for additional guests

• Check-in is after 2 pm; Check-out is before 10 am

Reservation Policy:

A one night deposit must be received within 7 days after making your reservation.  Reservations for 5 nights or more requires a 50% deposit.  This deposit confirms reservation for the stated number of days.  The remaining balance is due upon arrival.  Reservations for Christmas and Spring Break are due in full by November 1 and February 1, respectively.

Cancellation Policy:

Our policy is consistent with other resort areas.  Cancellations received are refunded less 20% ONLY if the space is re-rented for the full reservation period.  YOU are responsible for the date and number of persons reserved.  No refunds for early departure.
